We've known Ritch for several years through our church. When my parents decided to move into a retirement residence and sell their home, the first person that came to mind to help us with this daunting task was Ritch. He met with my parents to explain the process of getting the house ready to sell and also suggested a company that could help with the decluttering that happens when you've owned a house for 55 years. Ritch was there to help us every step of the way, from listing the home, staging assistance, and then guiding us through the offers that came in. The home sold within 2 days of listing it. Ritch is very honest and knowledgeable about the real estate market and I would never trust anyone else to sell our home or help us look for our next one.

We met Ritch at an open house last year. At that time Ritch offered to send us listings of houses we indicated we may be interested in, as well as comparable homes in our area. Our first impression of Ritch as; knowledgeable, very professional and composed, were correct. Ritch was a man of his word. He sent us listings almost immediately, with no pressure whatsoever. Earlier this year we decided that we wanted to start actively looking for our next home. Our needs changed continuously, we were up and down with our decision, and we started to annoy ourselves; but not Ritch. He was a calming figure, passing on his insight of homes and the market. We ended up losing a home in multiple bids (Ritch had told us in all likelihood we would not win with our offer), decided against a home after the home inspection and finally found our dream home, where we finalized the deal. Then the fun started, de-cluttering and cleaning our house to get it ready for selling. It was a taxing job, but Ritch was with us each day – painting, moving, always providing a helping hand and even bringing coffees! Never could we imagine that our real estate agent would go to these lengths to help. He was above and beyond our expectations, many times our saving grace and definitely our support system. In his few hours away from us, he visited competitive listings in our area and kept us updated on the market. He set us up with a top notch photographer and staging team. We listed on the Thursday and had multiple offers by the Sunday; selling over list. Thank you Ritch for being so much more than just our real estate agent. You have become a trusted friend.
